When you think of Nike it’s likely that sweatshops and a big trainer-shaped global footprint come to mind. However, the sports brand is moving in the right direction. Last year they released a sustainability report that reveals it hopes to double productivity whilst halving the company’s environmental impact. Keeping to their word, Nike have unveiled designs for the new eco conscious Golden State Warriors’ basketball jerseys – there will be created from polyester and recycled water bottles harvested from the ocean. Nice.
