LE GOOD SOCIETY NFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Ownership license: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Le Good Society grants you a Transferable personal license to use and display the NFT Art, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Le Good Society NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Le Good Society owner’s rights to display the Art for their NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Le Good Society NFT, provided that the website and/or application cryptographically verifies each Le Good Society NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Le Good Society NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Le Good Society NFT leaves the website or application. 
2. You may not use these NFTs for illegal and other inappropriate activities, e.g. production of any pornographic or inappropriate material, racist, discriminatory or hateful content or financing of any illicit activities.
